Optimum nutrition is essential for anyone paticipating in sport who wants to fulfill their maximum potential. I support both amateur and elite athletes across a wide range of disciplines. I have worked with the Premier League Club, Watford FC for three years and am currently Nutritionist to Fulham FC. I have also lectured in sports nutrition at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London.
Every athlete has individual nutritional requirements depending on their discipline, level, age, health status, and training programme.
